30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to love our products!
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund under the following condition:
Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and must be returned in the original plastic bag packaging.* We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items (and their packaging) which are not in their original condition.
* Any bundles or packs must be returned in full and under the above condition for a full refund.
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address.
* The customer is responsible for the costs, customs, taxes and fees of returning the product to us.
* Please return the package with a valid tracking number for your personal insurance. We will not be responsible for any lost return packages.
Please allow 7-14 business days from the day we receive and process your returns package for your account to be credited. We will refund the amount back onto the original card with which the order was placed. Certain banks may take an additional 2-10 days for your account to be processed.
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please send back the item within the return policy condition for a full refund, and place a new order for the new item desired.
