For a limited time, we are offering:
Free shipping. No minimum.
* We are only offering standard shipping at the moment, but are working to bring you expedited shipping as soon as possible!
* To protect you from international import tax, we will declare a lower value than your initial placed order value. If customs duties are incurred, you will be responsible to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties.
Processing time = 1-5 business days
Shipping time = 5-14 business days
Total delivery time is processing + shipping time.
In rare occasions, delays may be affected by national holidays, extreme weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances by postal service.
Note: We know you can’t wait to receive your order, and we can’t wait to get them in your hands either! We promise to process the order as quickly as possible and avoid any delays to make this happen!
DELIVERY SIGNATURE REQUIRED
All packages must be received and signed for security purposes.
If no one is available to sign for the package, a note will be left for you to collect the package at your local post office.
IMPORTANT: The package must be collected at the local post within 10 business days.
For Singapore Post packages, you may request a redelivery on their website.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email from us with the tracking information once the package is on its way to you! You may track your package here with the tracking number provided.
* Your order may have multiple tracking numbers as items may be shipped out from different warehouses.
TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK
The tracking information may take up to 5-10 business days to be updated in the system. If after 10 days, you are still not seeing any status update, please contact us and we'd love to check for you internally.
We know mistakes do happen! Please email us immediately! We can only fix this for you if the order has not been shipped out yet.
However, if the order is already in transit, we kindly ask for you to call the local post office. They should be able to reroute the package to your desired address.
* We cannot be responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect address provided.
